To Promote Better Quality Sleep: Add a few drops to running bath water for a slumberous pre-bedtime soak. OR To use as a pre-bedtime massage oil, blend 5 drops of Goodnight with 10ml of carrier oil. For a Bedtime Atmosphere Put a few drops on a tissue and leave near your pillow. OR Place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) and then into one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
