Moss Boss Tonic is an Atlantic Irish Sea Moss (aka Carrageen Moss) based tonic combined with Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother), Root Ginger, Clementines & Raw Honey. These organic ingredients are naturally packed with prebiotics, probiotics, essential minerals (such as magnesium, zinc, calcium, iodine), antioxidants, collagen & many other incredible nutrients. This tonic is inspired by traditional uses of Irish Sea Moss in coastal Irish communities to support immune health

Directions

For immune & gut maintenance, 50ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection, 30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For children, 15ml-20ml once a day mixed with good quality yogurt or apple juice.
