Directions

2 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 3 to 4 times a day.

1. Clean the nose thoroughly before using the product.
2. Shake the bottle.
3. Remove the protective cap.
4. Press the sprayer once or twice until a fine mist of product appears.
5. Insert the nasal tip into one nostril, press the sprayer and deliver 2-3 sprays into each nostril while inhaling gently.
6. Clean the tip with a tissue and replace the cap after each use.
   

For best results, do not use other nasal treatments 15 minutes before or after applying this product.
